I bring people together to experience truth, beauty and goodness within the power of community. I hold workshops, retreats and courses in Bristol and other locations. I am particularly interested in creating and facilitating from a place of surrender, trusting the energy of life itself to flow through me as needed. My main source for this approach was circling facilitator training with Transformational Connection (formerly known as Circling Europe). I was also influenced by Aletheia coaching training, which is based on Internal Family Systems therapy, Focussing, and the Diamond Approach. Spiritually I am most inspired by Vajrayana (tantric) Buddhism.
