Renata is a certified Rolfer®, recognized by the European Rolfing® Association in Munich and a proud member of the UK Rolfing® Association. Her journey began as a client, where she experienced firsthand the transformative power of Rolfing®. Inspired by the profound changes in her own body and mind, she set out to become a practitioner herself.

During her training, Renata developed a deep fascination with the intricate workings of the human body—especially the dynamic relationship between fascia, the nervous system, and polyvagal theory. Her passion for understanding and supporting the body’s innate capacity for healing has led her to further her expertise as she trains to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.

Driven by curiosity and a holistic approach to well-being, Renata is dedicated to helping others reconnect with their bodies, move with greater ease, and experience lasting transformation.
