I’m an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist, and Creative Wellbeing and Meditation Facilitator with training in Trauma, Eastern Bodymind practices and Nature-Therapy.
Beyond the labels that describe what I do, I am a lover of nature, creator of joy, social activist, intuitive artist, wise mystic and I embody the spirit of a brave-heart lioness.
Your true nature is sacred and infinitely creative. Meditation, Arts and Nature are portals into your soul and have extraordinary healing powers that elevate your personal and our collective consciousness.
The spaces I hold are anti-oppressive, culturally-sensitive, rooted in respect of ancient practices, and honour the spirits of our ancestors, Mother Earth, and all Life.
