My journey into yoga commenced during my early teenage years, where I immersed myself in the practice of Ashtanga. Upon relocating to England, I was introduced to Kundalini Yoga, igniting a passion that led me to embark on my journey as a teacher in 2012.

I proudly pursued my education and rigorous training at the esteemed Amrit Nam Sarovar Kundalini Yoga School, attaining KRI Certification as a testament to my dedication and expertise.

In addition, I underwent training and certification as a Sacred Sound Healer and Gong Player under the esteemed tutelage of Nadi Gong - Leszek Angulski school in Poland.

Equipped with a formidable array of instruments, including the majestic 35" Royal Tam Tam Gong and Wind Gong, alongside an expanding collection of Tibetan Singing Bowls and Shanti Chimes, I specialize in delivering transformative sound healing experiences.

My offerings include immersive 1.5-hour Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Classes followed by 1h Gong Baths, held three times a week in Welling. I also offer personalised 1.5-hour private Kundalini Yoga and Mediation Classes and 1.5-hour Sound Healing Massage featuring Tibetan singing bowls, either at my studio in Welling or at a location of your choice.

As a proud resident of South East London, I am committed to democratising Kundalini Yoga, fostering its accessibility and popularity within my community. I extend my expertise to enhance various events, from intimate gatherings to vibrant festivals and life changing retreats. I collaborate with authentic healers and practitioners of esoteric knowledge to bring Love, Peace and Joy to our people.

Beyond my professional endeavours, I cherish the joys of family life, sharing my home with beloved companions.

I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to connect and collaborate, ushering you into a realm of holistic well-being and profound transformation. Reach out to me soon, and let's embark on this journey together!
