👩‍🦰 Chloe Myers 
is an EMCC Senior Practitioner Accredited Coach, passionate about building community and connection. Coming from the voluntary sector, she understands just how important community can be in maintaining our wellbeing. Chloe helps people to create their perfect balance of work, rest and play, so that they can hop, skip and jump into every day with a smile! She works mainly with small business owners who are taking a break from alcohol to give them a boost of valuable time and energy to grow their venture.

👩 Vanessa Krchova 
is a transformational coach, quantum flow guide, and former graphic designer who now helps others design a life and business that truly align with their essence. With a holistic approach that weaves together movement, breath, and nourishment—both inner and outer—she supports creatives and entrepreneurs in finding clarity, confidence, and flow. Vanessa’s work empowers people to reconnect with the power of their soul, express their authentic magic, and create from a place of ease and alignment.

What to expect on the day
