January Women's Circle

This is a sacred space for us to gather together in sisterhood, share from the heart and honour each other in an intimate and nurturing circle.
 

This is your time to slow down, turn inward and give yourself the space to feel, reflect and simply be

What to expect:
🌹herbal tea and opening grounding meditation
🌹sharing circle 
🌹gentle guided intuitive movement
🌹oracle cards
🌹journaling and reflection time
🌹time to connect and chat at the end

A note on sharing:
During the sharing circle, everyone is invited to witness the person speaking without any feedback, comment or need to try and fix the other person. There is no pressure to share although it is encouraged, and if you do not wish to share, we will simply sit in silence for your turn. 

What to bring:
🌿There will be blankets and yoga mats / bolsters provided but please bring anything else you need to feel comfortable such as a cushion or extra blanket.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and move freely.

The event will be held in the Soul Studio at Soul Fire Yoga Studio, 7 Edgedale Rd, Sheffield S7 2BQ.

Free on-street parking is available directly on Edgedale Road and the surrounding residential streets nearby. 

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can begin together on time. 

Spaces are limited to ensure an intimate evening, so please book in advance. Tickets are non-refundable.
