Join us, amongst the Trees! For an Altered Sate Breathwork - Elemental Ceremony. At a location within Bristol to be announced.

Together we will be honouring the Elements, of Earth, Water, Fire and Air. In the Space we co-create. Exploring though Ceremony, Prayer, and Breathwork. We will be sensing together what our relationships with the Elements and our connections with the living world, amongst the nourishing presence of Trees on the Land. No prior experience is needed. We welcome you, to bring your intentions or open curiosities.. perhaps both.. and anything in-between.

Inhale the heart speeds up. Exhale the heart slows down. What might happen when you journey with-in following this thread of Breath intertwined Body, Heart and Mind..?

Your Journey:

An opening Ceremony and Prayer

Group embodiment. Shaking and moving with Elements

Sharing in pairs. Exploring and reflecting on some questions around our intentions or open curiosities.

Resourcing. Orientating to The Breath, both as a guide to listen in with, and a resource to cultivate response ability.

We’ll then explore a Breathwork Journey together. This is done laid down. Journeying with-in, rhythmically breathing, pulsing the air we share, turning personal into Breath. This cyclical Breath of activation and relaxation, can invite altered states of consciousness. On a broad spectrum, from soothing and gentle, to enlivening and releasing, through to Psychedelic potential. You have agency with your process, Body and Breath, with the pace and intensity you choose. Whilst trusting what is arising for you.. We invite you to infuse your journey with listening and care to find a pace that feels right for you.

We’ll have a closing circle, with space to share if you choose or listening. We’ll be wondering supportively to your beginning steps to integrating your experience. Which will emerge in your own unique way.

Your facilities are two dear friends. Our intention is to support you to deepen your curiosity and connection with your Breath, as a Guide and a Resource. Alongside co-creating an atmosphere of acceptance and compassionate inquiry into your relationship with the Elements with-in, whilst out in the elements amongst the trees.

There will be open space after the event to hang out, chat and enjoy a cuppa.

We will have tarpulin for cover if the rain does decide to fall.

We have some mats available but ask you to bring your own if you can. Along with any blankets items of comfort you would choose to have.

Before purchasing a ticket, please read and consider the contraindications

If you have any questions about the workshop, or any other medical, or psychological issues which may interact with your participation please make contact. jezgkane@gmail.com
