Would you like to spend this Valentine’s Day with your partner in a meaningful way that’s cosy & sweet, AND at the same time gives you the opportunity to grow a stronger bond between you?
You're on the right page! ✌️
Join us for this playshop (as opposed to workshop) and explore how to deepen your relationship through authentic communication practices. This is NOT a class on managing conflict or negotiating boundaries. It is a playshop. You’ll get to have fun with each other and other couples, while bringing out the best in your relationship. ❤️
By the end of the evening, you’ll have ideas for relational practices that you can build into your day-to-day to keep your connection strong and fulfilling.
So what to you say? 😉
Who is this for?
This event is designed for couples to come together and explore their relationship in a safe, held, and fun environment.
You will enjoy it if you:
- Believe that for a relationship to thrive, there needs to be space for both people to evolve and change
- Care about building a long-term, stable bond with your partner
- Recognize that problem-solving is easier when you have built some good rapport in the first place
- Want to play and have more fun with your partner on a regular basis
- Can see the value of your relationship being witnessed and held by community.
We want to host 10 couples who are already invested in personal and/or spiritual growth, and want to deepen their journey together.
What exactly are we doing?
During the evening, we will use a mix of practices designed to generate fun, connection, and intimacy. Some of them are:
- Authentic Relating games (to read more about what Authentic Relating is, go here)
- Questions that have been scientifically proven to generate interpersonal closeness
- Approach informed by consent practices
- Facilitated conversations where you will be with your partner, but also with other couples - including a sharing circle in the beginning and at the end
- A supportive environment held by two experienced relational facilitators.
BONUS: You'll receive a follow up with resources and ideas for how to practice deep communication day-to-day.
If you need more information to decide whether this event is right for you and your partner - get in touch! (hello@martabrzosko.com) I'm happy to have a 10-minute phone call to answer your questions. ❤️

About the facilitators
Marta Brzosko
I've been facilitating Authentic Relating and connection events in Edinburgh and online since 2020. I've completed the Authentic Facilitator Training from Authentic Revolution, as well as other relational and mindfulness courses, including a post-grad diploma in Mindfulness & Compassion studies.
Day-to-day, I live, work, and volunteer at The Salisbury Centre, one of the oldest community hubs in Edinburgh. I think of it as my spiritual home that's deeply nurtures me, but also a playground for learning about group dynamics and community building.
I'm also a published author with a newsletter called Connection Hub. There, I share stories, tools, and ideas around creating authentic human connection and communities. One day, I want to move out of the city and start (or join) a tribe of people committed to deep communion with Nature and each other.
