A 75 minute session to relax, reset and take time for yourself as we gather on the weekend of Beltane, the half way point between the Spring Equinox and the Summer Solstice, a beautiful time to mark the beginning of Summer.

We will start with some gentle breathwork and meditation before settling into a long rest, accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.

All welcome, no experience necessary.
