A 2-hour Breathwork & Energy Healing Journey

Step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a space designed for deep reconnection.

Breath of Harmony is a two-hour immersive experience combining SOMA Breathwork and Intuitive Energy Healing, created to bring you back into the wisdom of your body, heart and soul.

Through guided rhythmic breathing, meditation, and energetic work, this journey supports the nervous system to soften, the body to release what it has been holding, and the mind to settle into greater clarity and presence. 

This is not about forcing transformation, but about supporting you to find the doorways already present. We want to empower you, as we believe there is no greater compass than the wisdom within. We create the conditions to facilitate the medicine, and assist in clearing paths so it can enter or activate, but it’s always you that guides it to where it's needed. You are not handing over your power, instead you are reclaiming it, and returning more intimately to the truth of who you are. 

Breath of Harmony is held monthly, creating a rhythm of gathering where those who feel called can return regularly to deepen their journey with themselves and their breath over time.

The Experience:

1. Grounding & Arrival
You’ll be welcomed into the space and invited to land together as a group. We will briefly explore the current energies, allow space for you to set an intention, and then gently settle the body for the journey ahead.

There is the opportunity to share within the circle if you feel called to, though sharing is always completely optional.

2. Guided Breathwork Journey
Using SOMA Breath techniques, you will be guided through a deep, intentional, rhythmical breathing journey with carefully prepared ambient music designed to take you into an altered state of consciousness to work on a deeper layer with the subconscious mind. Intuitive energy healing will be given individually throughout, to support the energetic release and holding of what arises for you.

3. Integration
The session closes with a period of gentle integration, to allow you to land back into the space. There will be another opportunity to share within the circle for those who feel called, and the chance to take a message from the central altar to carry with you beyond the space.
 

No previous Breathwork experience is needed, you’ll be guided throughout the journey. 

 
What to Bring:

This is a fully floor-based experience.

You will be lying down for the breathwork journey, so please come prepared to create a comfortable and supportive space for your body.

Our intention is for you to feel warm, supported, and able to relax deeply throughout the session.

• Yoga mat
• Blanket/s
• Cushion or pillow
• Bottle of water
• Optional: bolster for extra comfort
• Optional: eye mask
• Optional: journal/notepad

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and relax easily.

Kiera is a SOMA Breathwork Facilitator and Spinal Energetics Practitioner. Using breath and body  led guidance to help you step out of survival mechanisms and into safety within so you can  reconnect you with the truth of who you are. 

Charlie – @heartmedicine.withcharlie

Charlie is an Intuitive Energy Healer, Tarot & Oracle Reader, Spiritual Mentor & Ritual Practitioner whose work is rooted in deep personal transformation. Holding grounded, heart-led spaces for deep emotional + energetic release.
