                                                                                                                 Come and nourish yourselves in the space between the winter celebrations. 

Get that temple top up you need  to move well through the Mid-winter darkness. Come and celebrate the festive season, honouring yourselves and each other through sacred sexuality. Let go of what no longer serves you and entering the New Year with joy, juicy energy and playfulness  having connected and given to ourselves, as well as others.  A time for self nourishment in a sacred, yummy group space.

We will be exploring the offerings of giving and receiving, nourishing and nurturing through tantric ritual meditations.

Come and join us as we walk towards the light, for a deeply sensual and relaxed temple, and cleansing sauna ritual with sauna master Scott. 

The Sauna Ritual: You will be welcomed into a traditional sauna ritual guided by Scott Edwards, custodian of the Stone Rock Lodge Sauna and Wellness Centre. Rooted in Scandinavian and Baltic sauna culture, this is an invitation to slow down, soften and simply receive.

Scott will guide you through rounds of heat, steam and rest, using fresh birch and oak whisks, the leafy branches traditionally used to move waves of steam around the sauna and to massage the body. The whisking awakens circulation, warms the skin and draws you deeply into sensation, with birch carrying the softer feminine energy and oak the grounded masculine. Between rounds there is space to cool, breathe and rest in stillness, letting the body integrate.

For a temple devoted to pleasure and presence, the sauna is the perfect doorway. Heat melts tension, steam opens the senses and the nervous system settles, leaving you tender, open and ready to meet yourself and others with a softer heart.

The first half of the day will be an invitation to  open our bodies, unwind from the stresses of Mid-winter festivities and let go of what we no longer need. We can then meet ourselves and each other through the embodied container of ritual, tantric meditative practices, and temple traditions. 

The second half of temple will open to a free space, to play with yourself, or in supported self-pleasure, and also with each other. 

 You may also practise witnessing, in stillness, or in play. A thanks giving for the year passed and a celebration of the year just arriving in.

This Temple is open to those who have been to three or more Temples or other s*x-positive spaces. A certain level of awareness, openness and willingness to explore is essential for your own self-care, and also for the synergy of the group.  We invite you to come just as you are, and feel. We know that being in these environments can bring up a lot of emotions. This is a safe space to welcome them and work with them in an embodied, held and ritual temple space. The Temple will be held throughout. 

FOR COUPLES: Please make your agreements together before you arrive at Temple. It is totally fine if you wish to stay purely with each other during the Temple. 

All genders are welcome, in couples of all combinations. 

Temple is a sober space.

Things to bring: 

• An offering/flower for the temple shrine
• Lunch to share
• Something tasty and delicious to share with the group for snack during the day
• We will provide herbal teas and a fruit platter
• A towel to sit on and a towel to dry yourself with

 Cancellation:

We have a no refund policy for the Temple. However, you are welcome to sell your ticket on to a friend.

Through body based learning, insight medibation and self pleasure practices he guides you through deeper layers of your pleasure patterns, using discussion, demonstration and embodied exercises.

Scott Edwards:

Scott entered the world of tantra and sacred sexuality in 2022 and went on to complete an 18-month tantra training with Jan Day. For more than three years he has supported at sacred sexuality temples, and over the last year he has stepped into co-facilitating temples and couples tantra workshops. He is a certified conscious connected breathwork facilitator, sauna ceremony guide and embodiment practitioner. His work is shaped by a deep respect for the nervous system and a trauma-aware approach, creating spaces where people can soften, feel safe in their bodies and meet intimacy with presence.

A native of the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, where he lives with his two daughters, Scott is the custodian of the Stone Rock Lodge Sauna and Wellness Centre. His guided sauna ceremonies draw on Scandinavian and Baltic traditions, moving through rounds of heat, breath and rest with birch and oak whisks, honouring the feminine and masculine. He holds a strong belief in nature-led healing and in the body’s own capacity to remember what it already knows.
