A deeply immersive 3-hour journey into the shadows of rage, anger, shame, guilt, and grief—a sacred space for release and transformation.
We begin with Cacao, Dance, Ritual, Expression, and Breath, stepping through a portal of deep emotional alchemy, preparing for the energy of the Full Moon that follows 🌝
All forms of grief are welcome.
Loss of a loved one, breakups, health struggles, lifestyle shifts, old habits—whatever you’re holding, bring it here.
