Dance, Walk & Nature Adventure - Devils Dyke

Join me and other like-minded people for a beautiful afternoon of walking, dancing, relaxing and connecting to others & nature in the wonderful area of the South Downs called Devils Dyke!

We will leisurely walk together,  explore the area and stop to dance & relax at a couple of special spots. The dances will be playful, creative, explorative and easy-to-follow (no experience needed). Their focus will be to connect you more deeply and positively to yourself, others and the nature around.

• Guided dance & movement to connect you to yourself, others and nature
• Time to relax, connect and enjoy nature
• Shared community drinks and nibbles

Meet at the bus stop at the main car park at 2:00pm (Theres regular buses from brighton and parking available - free to national trust members)
We will begin at 2.10pm and will start walking to various beautiful spots which we will explore.

💃🏼 All ages and abilities are welcome! (as long as you are able to walk @3-5miles and dance as well!)  No experience needed.

Im passionate about dancing, nature, singing, walking and all things to do with wellbeing. I also love bringing people together in healthy, creative ways. I have been facilitating dance & wellbeing based workshops and events for over 20 years. I am the creator of Soulshine Dance which is an amalgamation of all that I love about dance and movement. I am also a singer/songwriter and vocal/music improvisor.
