Live Podcast Event // Friday 7-9.30pm

Join us for this beautiful evening with three incredible speakers of different generations whose work and ways of being in the world speak to the question of ‘how do we create planetary scale transformation on a local level in Devon?’ We will be exploring this question and it's limitations as we embrace the complexity of modern day activism and ways of contributing to a more beautiful future both through our work and our daily lives. Come and be inspired and uplifted.

This conversation will be recorded for the All That We Are podcast, and is a powerful gathering of speakers all based in Devon.

The Speakers:

Helena Norberg-Hodge is a linguist, author, filmmaker and pioneer of the new economy movement, is the founder and director of Local Futures, and the convenor of World Localization Day and the Planet Local Summit. She is author of the inspirational classic Ancient Futures, and Local is Our Future and producer of the award-winning documentary The Economics of Happiness and of Planet Local. She is the founder of the International Alliance for Localisation, and a cofounder of the International Forum on Globalization and the Global Ecovillage Network. Helena is a recipient of the Alternative Nobel prize, the Arthur Morgan Award and the Goi Peace Prize for contributing to “the revitalization of cultural and biological diversity, and the strengthening of local communities and economies worldwide.”

Anthea Lawson is the author of The Entangled Activist: Learning to recognise the master’s tools (Perspectiva Press, 2021), a book exploring why activists can end up recreating the problems they are trying to tackle. She was previously a campaigner for international human rights organisations, working on campaigns to shut down tax havens, prevent banks from facilitating corruption and environmental devastation, and control the arms trade. At Global Witness, she launched a prize-winning campaign that changed the rules on secret company ownership and resulted in new laws in dozens of countries. Before that, she was a reporter at The Times. She is currently working on a second book about activism, and is an editor at Dark Mountain.

Jae Spencer-Keyse is a passionate facilitator, learning designer, activist, and co-founder of Futurecraft - community-centred journeys of discovery and co-creation for the body, mind, and soul and Radical Reimagination - a collection of initiatives aimed at addressing the urgent need to re-envision and co-create learning experiences and life as a whole. They have over 12 years of facilitation experience, designing events, curriculums, online courses, residencies, and festivals.Locally, Jae helped co-create the Totnes Climate Hub and develop peer-to-peer and project-based learning at SANDS school. Their work champions alternative education practices that prioritise well-being, creativity, connection to the sacred, and community engagement. They are also a photographer, deeply enjoying capturing the beauty of human expression and connection through their lens.

Saturday Day Retreat // 10-4pm

Our day retreat is an invitation to take time away from the day to day of life and create space for yourself to hear the whispers of wisdom from your bodymind and soul. Amisha will guide us through a day of connecting deeper to ourselves, each other and more than human world. We will be in a beautiful studio space alongside the River Dart. The practices will include circles, embodiment, stillness, sound and energetic atunement. No experience is necessary - those who are deep on their path and newer are welcome. Amisha has facilitated these kinds of experiences for a decade and shares from her lineage of yoga, meditation and energy work in a powerful and playful way.

The theme of remembering is to remember who we are – our soul’s essence, to remember how much is possible (both within our own lives and the collective), to remember the power of our prayer, our grief and our joy. At a time of rapid change and peak duality – it feels deeply important to gather together in community where we can transform, rest and create.

“I strongly encourage you to lean in with Amisha, she has developed a gift for bringing out of her guests and out of herself the truths that are most authentic within an individual and when you feel the vibration of authenticity it up levels your capacity to presence, and in that presence you get to really embody power. Join Amisha onto this journey and I guarantee this will nourish your soul and spirit on levels beyond words, and will prepare you for a richer journey into your life.” Dr Zach Bush

about 'all that we are'

all that we are explores the weave between activism, the sacred, creativity and regeneration. The spaces where our inner and outer worlds dance. From healing trauma to nature connection to new technologies to ancient wisdom - it’s time for us to move beyond silos and into an integrated way of being. Every one of us has ideas and personal experiences to share that can lead us to a more beautiful future. Despite the challenges we face as a global community or the pressures we meet in our daily lives, when we stop and dare to listen, to ask ourselves the big questions and to share what we are already doing and envisioning, we create the futures of our wildest dreams. And we begin to embody all that we are, all that we are becoming and all that is possible. This podcast takes us out of the mainstream narrative, into deep, long, authentic, unedited conversations. We work towards decolonising the process of which voices are heard and the tone in which the media operates. We offer spaces of deep listening, where we come into our hearts so we are more receptive to understanding different perspectives and integrating what we hear into our own bodies and lives.

Alongside the podcast, we have our collaborative book, learning journeys and our membership offering.all that we are celebrates all that we are already and the untapped potential that lives inside us. It invites the full power of the more than human world, nature, the unseen, our ancestors and our future generations. It reminds us that we never exist in silo through borders, timelines or polarity. That in each and every moment - all that we are is here.

Inspiring and Refreshing! Anyone interested in original, creative, groundbreaking ideas should be listening to every episode of this podcast. not only is it a joy to listen to because Amisha’s hosting, flow, and perspectives are refreshing, relatable, and enlightening, but also the guests are all interesting and doing exciting things. Overall after every episode I feel inspired with new ideas and also importantly, creative ways to implement them in my own life." Greg, USA
