Sacred Activist Collective: a space for justice-hearted souls to root, gather and rise
We are a community of justice-hearted souls who care deeply, for the Earth, for each other, and for a liberated world.
We honour our interconnection with all life: land and lineage, breath and body, ancestors and animals, soil and stars. We gather to remember our sacred responsibility and our collective power to create the world we long for.
We host free online gatherings every two weeks, with an intention to lighten the weight of the world with practices that strengthen our bodymind, deepen our connections, and awaken our personal and collective power. Our spaces follow a living rhythm:
🌱 Root: Create space within your bodymind to release tension, process emotion, and return to your centre through embodied, creative, and restorative practices.
🌀 Gather: Come together in community to witness and be witnessed, share truth, and remember that our struggles and hopes are carried more lightly when held collectively.
🔥 Rise: Anchor into your inner and collective power, reclaim your agency, and practice the liberatory ways of being that move us toward a freer world. You might call yourself a social activist, environmentalist, advocate, artist, change-maker, Earth-warrior, ally or you might not. No matter how you define or show your care for the world, this space is for you, because you need collective care too.
Root: An Equinox Activation
A pranayama and kundalini kriya practice to find balance within.
Light and dark.
Day and night.
Yin and yang.
We live on a polarity planet, and right now, that polarity often feels like fracture, violence and grief, collapse and resistance, despair and defiant hope, held all at once.
We are approaching the auspicious portal of the Autumn Equinox, one of two days a year when day and night stand in perfect harmony.
We will take some journal time to reflect on how we are cultivating balance in our life - what balance is, what it means to us, how we can cultivate more of it, what we need to release and what we need to call in order to operate and live with inner harmony and harmony with the world outside.
We'll then move into simple pranayama (breath practice), a short kundalini kriya (movement sequence), and a blissful meditation practice that guides us beyond the thinking mind, into the wisdom and stillness within, harmonising prana and apana, solar and lunar.
How we’ll flow together
- Arrive and ground together
- Journal time
- Simple pranayama practice
- A short kundalini kriya
- A blissful meditation
- Closing space to share what's shifted
This is for you if:
- You're craving inner harmony without pretending the world outside is harmonious right now
- You want practical embodiment tools, breath, kriya, meditation, to build your capacity to keep showing up
- You're curious about yogic and somatic practice as a form of sacred activism, not separate from it
- You want space to reflect honestly on what you're ready to release, and what you're ready to call in
What You’ll Need:
- Paper and pen
- (optional) A cup of your favourite herbal infusion
- (optional) A blanket for comfort and warmth
- A private space where you can journal, breathe and move undisturbed
- An openness to feel and reflect without judging what comes up
In this space, we ask that you commit to:
- Showing up exactly as you are. Your humanity with its grief, sorrow, rage, inspiration, joy, hope and everything in between is welcome.
- Being respectful and reflective about opinions, perspectives and lived experiences that are different to yours.
This space is faciliated by Naar.

I am a Craniosacral therapist, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher and my practice is focused on mental health and trauma recovery – lately my practice has focused exclusively on Holocaust survivors from Gaza.
I have a profound dedication to mind-body healing and have pursued several devotional and healing paths over the last 35 years. I continue to explore the Blue Lotus teachings in the Egyptian tradition, with mentors and teachers in Egypt.I am also currently an apprentice at the School of the Sacred Wild, where I am learning to become a Green Witch!
