Freedom is choice. And our choices create our lives. The more conscious we become of what is motivating our choices, the more freely we can choose in line with our authentic desires.

As this famous quote from Jung indicates, there is a relationship between consciousness and freedom: your unconscious controls you, and what is made conscious, can be controlled by you. Indeed, bringing the conscious mind to bear on the unfolding of your life is the key to creating what you desire. 

This involves meeting yourself in the moment and reflecting on how you’re feeling and how you’ve been spending your time and energy; as well as tuning into what you desire and making commitments to yourself in order to create it. 

This free workshop is a chance to pause and reflect on the year that has gone by and to enter the new year with clear intention and direction. 

Our lives are constantly in motion, and if we don’t create the space to look at how we’re operating, and take stock of what we’ve been doing, we can find ourselves feeling depleted, unsatisfied and out of alignment. Taking the time to reflect and recalibrate enables us to move forward with clarity and intentionality.

Join me to celebrate your wins, mourn your losses, notice your patterns and harness the strength to begin again with renewed purpose.

About your facilitator 

Bonny is a psychosynthesis coach and multidimensional creative. In her coaching work with individuals and groups, she focuses on connection to and expression of soul essence, drawing on a range of wisdom and techniques to help people answer the questions, ‘Who am I? Why am I here? & Where am I going?’ in a way that is dynamic and creative.
