Flow & Sound at Wiltshire Wild Sauna 4 dates

Tuesday 25th August, 6:45-8pm, £18
At The Wild Place, Wiltshire Wild Sauna, SN5 0AQ

An extended 75 minute gentle yoga flow, followed by a long rest (savasana) accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.

Taking time to rest and reset, whilst soaking in the views over the gorgeous Wiltshire countryside. 🍂

As we enjoy the longer evenings, flow & sound is switching to Tuesday evenings over Summer, with the option of an 8:15-9:30pm sauna session to watch the sunset and soak up the wonderful full moon energy that will be present at this time.

All welcome, no experience necessary.

A bit more about me:

Bethan, a yoga, sound and drum circle facilitator, holds spaces to bring people together to ground and gather, whilst having fun and building connection to ourselves and those around us in a way that feels real, welcoming and supportive. 

She came to yoga when she began to fall out of love with the general fitness world, and it has been a huge part of her journey with chronic pain, providing mobility and strength she otherwise may have never had. 

Her discovery of sound healing, and then especially when re-discovering the drum, felt like a real homecoming. Not gatekeeping music and sound to the performative world where you have to be “good at it”, instead opening this up for all of us to feel into its transformational power. Bethan believes sound has an unbelievable ability to bring us into presence, release stress and find connection or clarity.

Whether a fluid flow, a restorative sound bath or an energising drumming circle, her offerings take deep inspiration around the lunar cycles and the seasons, as Bethan believes that nature and our land has so much to show us. Hence why outside of these spaces you’ll usually find her in the water, way out in the countryside (likely lost) or drumming around the stones of Avebury!
