The Erotic Mind Book Club Part 3, Thursday 4 November 7-9PM GMT (UK) on Zoom.

Following on from the intimate enjoyment of parts 1 and 2, sexy geeks Alison Pilling and Sarah Tilley will now turn your attention to the power and application of The Erotic Mind. 

With a focus on the positive, we want you to honour your individuality and create erotic goals to begin to take it further.

This session will allow you to:

• Understand more about creating a map for change 
• Create long term erotic relationships and exciting short encounters 
• Healthy eroticism and integrating the erotic mind 
• Share peak experiences in a new way 

Full of moments of personal insight into sexual behaviour and subconscious arousal, you can start to unravel the mystery of preference. In doing so and with every ah-ha! moment, feel the shackles of shame drop away and take one more step into sexual empowerment.

Jack Morin’s book The Erotic Mind is a compelling text for exploring the erotic psyche and unravelling the mystery of arousal. It invites delving questions of why we’re drawn to certain relationships and sexual predilections.

Addicts need to know that struggle is the fuel for all compulsions and we can transform the energy of that to good effect, to live freely. Asking how we live with the aliveness of eroticism without being pulled by the strings of our unconscious,  we can begin to act through choice rather than compulsion. 

Published in 1988, The Erotic Mind brought a fresh voice into the world of psychology and sex therapy. At the time readers from all backgrounds got a glimpse into the powerful secrets of Morin’s curious mind. His clinical observations consist of a unique equation of erotic arousal, combined with understanding how to transcend underlying established patterns from childhood. This allows us to build deep intimacy and create erotic encounters.

Hosted by sex coach Alison Pilling, creator and host of The Sex Lectures and founder of Sex School for Grown-Ups, and Sarah Tilley, long term student of Esther Perel and creator of the Beautiful Space program of relationship wellness. Sharing the belief that TEM is fundamental to using and understanding erotic intelligence, they both use the content of the Erotic Mind in their current work.
