Growing in Grief: A Healing Journey
This is a sacred space to explore your grief with support, connection, and compassion. Over the course of four weeks, we’ll come together as women, meeting in weekly online circles to share, reflect, and grow together.
In this journey, we will work with grief through:

🌹 Guided Online Circles
Through a mix of live circles and recorded content, we will deepen our connection to grief, understanding its emotional and physical layers. Each week, you’ll receive practices, stories, and insights to support your healing.
