Autumn Equinox Breathwork Ceremony

As day and night come into balance at this threshold of Autumn Equinox, let us pause and take a breath together in Ceremony. Let us honour this transition. Moving mindfully from the light and activity of the Summer season into the darkness and surrender of Winter.

Together we will create ceremonial space and be guided on a conscious connected breathwork journey. We will explore, inquire and integrate through journaling, sharing and handcrafting. And we will be nourished and supported with heart centred relating and embodied connection.

Coming together in this way, to honour and acknowledge the shifts that are taking place through the seasons, both in the nature around us and within our own selves, can create profound shifts in the way we approach and experience our lives.

I invite you to join me in this very special gathering to co-create together. All of you is welcome.

*Conscious connected breathwork is a powerful breathing technique that can bring emotions to the surface and create altered states of consciousness. Alternative breathwork techniques will be offered and each breather will be supported and empowered to breathe with autonomy, to meet their own needs and intentions.
