Join creative therapists Mareike and Fiona for a day of reflection and exploration to enrich your personal and professional development.
Mareike and Fiona have a diverse background in therapeutic and creative disciplines, from focusing, core-process and person-centred therapy, to fooling, performance art, visual arts and song. Their work is grounded in their main discipline of Dance/Movement Psychotherapy, recognising the primacy of the body as our way of connecting and understanding the world.
This CPD day will offer guided practices, reflective space and opportunity for sharing, helping you open up to creativity and see the manifold benefits creative reflection can bring to yourself, both personally and as a practitioner.
You do not need any creative experience or to be ‘talented’. We see creativity and playfulness as our birth right as humans and endeavour to gently disrupt narratives of things having to be ‘good’ or ‘right’.
