💫 Lytterum – A place to feel ourselves, together 

Lytterum is a safe space where we practice feeling ourselves in connection with others. It’s not about understanding each other with the mind – but about listening to the body’s reactions.

We use simple exercises, guided dialogues, and quiet pauses to explore four core principles: Safety. Free expression. Self-responsibility. Conscious challenge. When these meet, a living field emerges where what we usually hide can be seen, felt, and integrated – so it no longer holds power over us.

 💠  A Lytterum is simple in form – but deep in effect. Each time you join, you learn a little more about:
* how presence feels, and how honesty is sensed in the body,
* staying calm in contact with others’ emotions without losing yourself,
* expressing yourself truthfully without causing harm,
* recognizing and navigating the body’s responses to disconnection,
* and following the freedom you feel when you are received exactly as you are.

🌱 A Lytterum is not therapy or teaching – though it often has similar effects. It’s a shared training ground for emotional awareness, and you will often leave feeling more grounded, open, and connected – both to yourself and to the others present.
