This is a space for new mothers to come and be held. It’s a moment in the day just for you -  to breathe deep, rest, restore and replenish. Set within the peaceful surroundings of Chariclo Farmhouse, overlooking Loch Lomond, this intimate morning is an opportunity to feel nourished, held and replenished.

This gathering is for you if…

You are a mother who is one year or more postpartum, and you would love some time and space that is simply for you.

Perhaps you’re finding your way back to your body after the huge transition of becoming a mother. Perhaps your confidence has shifted, you’re craving connection with other women, or you feel ready for a morning of rest.

You don't need to achieve or fix anything. Just come as you are.

What to Expect:

Gentle movement & Yin yoga.
Slow, restorative practices to help you soften and reconnect with your body.

Calming breath practices.
Simple techniques to support relaxation and create a greater sense of calm and safety within.

Yoga Nidra.
A deeply restful guided practice offering space to let go and simply be.

Restorative Gong Bath.
Lie back, get comfortable and allow the sounds and vibrations of the gong to support deep rest.

Sharing circle.
A gentle, held space to share, listen and connect with other mothers - with no pressure to speak.

Teas, homemade cake & connection.
We’ll finish with around 30 minutes to enjoy tea, homemade cake and relaxed conversation with the other mothers.
