The Reset Practice:

5-DAYS OF DAILY PRACTICE TO RECENTER

 

Join me this January in a live online experience each day, Monday to Friday at 7 - 7:30PM, to reset and recenter yourself. Enhance your clarity of mind and connection to your body with this dedicated time for practice. 

Through this curated daily practice you will:

  • Enjoy a variety of short breathwork practices
  • Find tranquility through guided meditation
  • Explore facilitated movement and somatic practices
  • Engage in reflective journaling, and
  • Gain clarity through sharing and discussion.
  • **PLUS** You'll receive recordings of all the sessions!

Together, let's carve out half an hour each evening in the second week of January to cultivate mindfulness and set the tone for a balanced and empowered year ahead.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:

Alex is a specialist in guiding people into their bodies and back into connection with their true self through breathwork and somatic therapy. Trained in Rebirthing Breathwork and Integrative Therapy, she has extensive experience in facilitating. She facilitates the liberation of stuck emotion, energy, and experiences in the body, enabling them to shift and integrate. Having worked through her own acute post-traumatic stress symptoms and auto-immune issues in addition to her training, she is strongly informed by how trauma and the nervous system function.
