Thursday Expressions is a weekly Expressive Movement practice for you to move freely, release, reconnect, and dance in community. 

Guided by Movement Therapist and EM Founder, Sian Palmer, each session follows a curated movement wave supported by a bespoke DJ’d music journey. There are no steps to learn and no choreography to follow. Instead, the class is guided in a way that encourages intuitive movement, creative expression, and nervous system regulation through music and movement.
