A unique opportunity to meditate then move to a sublime sound healing gong bath from Sound Mysterium.
Imagine the freedom of ecstatic dance, but with every cell vibrating with the healing energy of gongs, singing bowls and Kat's ethereal voice, enveloping your movement and transporting your soul.
We'll open with a non-dual meditation sinking into the peaceful, expansive and vibrant qualities of awareness. Kat will then fill the space with sound, with an invitation for spontaneous movement, expression and embodiment.
Kat’s sound work is often described as of another level, artfully weaving elements of subtle aesthetics, mystery and healing, which is much more than just a relaxation.
The vibrations create a feeling of being 'bathed' or carried away into the space, with participants variously reporting subtle or powerful bodily sensations, a deep meditative state often accompanied by rich imagery and visions, or feeling of timeless nothingness and bliss. During the session the brainwaves are altered to the state that is self-healing, and has balancing benefits on the body and mind.
Occasionally some sounds might trigger unpleasant and suppressed emotions that flow up to the surface — please accept them as a part of a healing process. In most cases the overall experience is very relaxing and ecstatic, and participants feel refreshed and recharged for a few days after the session.
Doors open 7.15pm
Meditation begins 7.30pm
Your facilitators:

Kat Bumbul of Sound Mysterium has been offering gong baths in London for 15 years, along with tea ceremonies, retreats, tuition in sound healing, and private gong, singing bowls, and shamanic sessions. As a practitioner of Siberian shamanism, Kashmiri Shaiva tantra, and Dao Yin Shu, Kat incorporates her gifts and skills from these practices into the sound work to bring a healing experience to a deeper level, transforming sound bath sessions into shamanic ceremonies.

Amir curates discussions and gatherings to explore fundamental aspects of life, awareness, and our experience of reality. The explorations are especially inspired by nondual traditions, the science of perception, and a variety of approaches to investigating who we are, from meditation to the Headless Way. He favors curiosity over conclusions, participation over preaching.
He initiated Adventures in Awareness in 2019, co-directed the Psychedelic Society from 2019 to 2025, is trained as a practitioner of Internal Family System’s Therapy, and runs Bernardo Kastrup’s weekly membership programme With Reality in Mind. He was a facilitator on The Finders Course, and has completed 2 years of an MA in Chiropractic.
He has a background in theatre and performance, having performed, danced, choreographed and directed on stage, television and cinema with Paramount Pictures, MARVEL, the BBC, the Royal Court, Royal Opera House, Royal Academy of Music, Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, the Royal Ballet and the Royal Albert Hall.
Feedback from previous offerings with Amir:
★★★★★ “The glimpses of what I experienced were revelatory. I felt very supported in the fellowship and in the experience and compassion showed by Amir. Thank you” - Erika
★★★★★ “Amir created such a friendly, open atmosphere and guided us to explore lots of fascinating states of mind. He also has a good balance between facilitating but not being too dominant; it felt like a shared journey. Lovely bunch of people and it was also nice seeing the same people every week. Can't wait for further courses like this.” - Alice
★★★★★ "Hands down, one of the richest, most rewarding courses I've attended. Brilliant facilitation." Jen Allanson
I am so grateful to have come to these practices this way, and to have had the chance to begin learning them amongst and from such lovely and supportive people” - Melanie
★★★★★ “This was a beautiful, beautiful event. It was peaceful and liberating, although surely some people might have felt other emotions. I appreciated a lot the fact that aside from nice words and a space, we were actually taught techniques and discussed them. Amir is a wonderful presence. Recommended!” - Giuseppe
