You are warmly invited to join us for an Autumn Equinox themed gathering with cacao ceremony.
What to expect
We’ll be exploring the role of sensual knowing in relation to the divine, playing with the themes of light and dark, heaven and earth, time and timelessness. How do we experience these apparent opposites converging in the human heart? We’ll be holding this inquiry through song, silence and guided meditation, and a heart-opening cacao ceremony to help connect us to the love-longing that is the heartbeat of the universe. We’ll also be leaning into words of wisdom from Julian of Norwich.
Who is it for?
Anyone who would like to connect in an inclusive spiritual context, to learn devotional songs, to sit in silent meditation and to spend time dropping into communion with the all-that-is.

The gifting approach - pay what you can
All our events are offered on a gift basis, which means there’s no financial barrier to participation. This is a bit different to simply inviting donations, we’re asking you to feel into a contribution that feels right for you. One of the factors we ask you to take into account is how much you might pay elsewhere for something similar - likely between £10 and £35 for this event.

Norfolk Grief Tending is a non-profit community organisation that helps adults who are struggling with grief to find hope, healing and peace.
Our events are held by experienced facilitators, working with tried and tested trauma-informed practices. They are available on a gift basis, which means pay what you can.
