Join me for an immersive evening of beautiful sound and vibrations, allowing the body and mind to soften, slow down,unwind and simply be.Let go of the outside world and its busyness and allow the soothing sounds to guide you into a peaceful stillness. 

The sound and vibrations are felt deeply in the body, regulating the nervous system and harmonising the whole body bringing you back to a place of inner quiet.

All you have to do is come as you are, lie down, make yourself comfy and allow yourself to recieve the gentle sounds of Crystal and Himalayan bowls,Chimes, frame drum and other gentle percussion instruments, No Gongs.

Its a little time just for you! 

You are more than welcome to stay after to chat, ask questions, share your experiances with myself or even try the instruments!

Doors open  at 7.45pm - please arrive at that time to settle in and get comfy 

Sound bath starts at 8pm

Finishes at 9pm - with 15 minutes after to chat and gently return.
