“This work can be profoundly insightful, healing and cathartic. Its capacity to shine light on the unseen can also be confronting, which is why we insist on doing this work together, within a caring, confidential, community container. With the support and witnessing presence of others, both in the build-up to the workshop in our whatsapp community, during the day itself and afterwards in our online integration calls, long-lasting transformation is possible.”
James Arnoldi, Founder and Lead-Facilitator of Community Constellations
“It was extraordinary... playful... potent... I don't know how to describe it other than- it was magic…” Livi
"Kirsty, Joa and James excel at creating a truly safe environment where I felt comfortable expressing my most vulnerable thoughts and feelings… I've found their work to be both professionally conducted and deeply transformative." Caroline
APPLICATION DEADLINE MIDNIGHT THIS FRIDAY 9TH OCT. APPLY HERE.
What are Community Constellations?
Community Constellations is a ground-breaking, therapeutic group method used to help its participants heal deep - sometimes transgenerational- emotional hurts, and move through unconscious patterns blocking wellbeing and fulfillment.
The modality is a recent innovation, developed by a group of therapists, coaches and facilitators who trained in Systemic Constellations with psychotherapist, author and coach Jenny Mackewn. Our method has evolved from the systemic and family constellation methodology popularised by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger in the 1980s.
Community Constellations has much in common with its parent methodology, Systemic Constellations, but distinguishes itself through its foundational emphasis on community integration support, radical inclusion, non-violent group dynamics, and a trauma-informed approach from start to finish.
“…beautiful insights... I'm hugely, hugely grateful…” Hamish
[The space was held] “...with poise, precision, wisdom... I am completely in awe…” Jess
“Allow yourself to be swept off your feet like I was… Deeply, deeply healing.” Evva
“Really fascinating, really powerful... it was quite something to be part of…” Marcus

More about the day
Join us for a full day of Community Constellations in the ancient village of Southstoke, set in the sweeping beauty of the Somerset hills above Bath. Here we will gather in a community house which has been a place of healing since the 1940s. Set in 4 acres of rewilded gardens, we will draw upon the support of the natural world, embodied movement and the voice, to deepen the work we do together. No prior experience of constellations, body or voice work is needed. All you need is curiosity and an openness to trying something new.
Although Community Constellations share some similarities with family constellations, its scope is much wider- some participants do bring family issues to our workshops, but many choose to work on diverse topics such as romantic relationships, creativity, workplace dynamics, career challenges, grief and loss, or simply an area of life where things are feeling blocked and stagnant.
Equally, other participants decide to come to a workshop without a specific issue, motivated by the desire to simply experience the magic of Community Constellations. We aim to make this workshop radically inclusive to all. If you are unable to afford the £50 ticket price, please let us know in your application form and we will try our best to accommodate you through a mutually agreed bursary price or work exchange.
Unlike many other types of constellations, Community Constellations prioritise the needs and desires of the whole community over any single individual. It is the group, through a blind vote, who decides which issues should be worked on in service of what the group resonates with most strongly.
This means that, despite not necessarily having their issue chosen, many participants report extraordinary experiences of healing and insight, often through representing elements of another person's issue, or sometimes simply by watching and witnessing the unfolding of another person's constellation whose content resonates profoundly.

Please be aware
Community Constellations offer opportunities for transformative and powerful exploration and can be intensely emotional. They can also reveal aspects to issues which, once witnessed, can change an individual's perspective on the issue forever. It can be important to build simple embodied practices into your life following the workshop (a range of which we will teach you), as well as being prepared to lean on trusted people in your life to integrate the workshop experience afterwards.
We are very happy to have a chat and help you make sure this day is a good fit for you. Just get in touch.
