 Note for the work:

• If possible, please avoid alcohol the night prior and lean into whole foods, avoiding sugar, and excessive caffeine on the day so your energy field is more open to receiving.

• There aren't toilets on the heath, so managing your bodily functions and making friends with the bushes is advised.
