Awaken the senses and cultivate your connection to self and the natural world through creative expression

“Art is unquestionably one of the purest and highest elements in human happiness. It trains the mind through the eye, and the eye through the mind. As the sun colors flowers, so does art color life.” John Lubbock, The Pleasures of Life

By engaging in mindful and sensorial creative invitations, we will express our subjective experience of being immersed in Nature, with a particular focus on illuminating the interplay of light, texture, and sound.

Through immersive creative activities within natural environments, we open ourselves to a heightened state of awareness and a profound sense of connection with ourselves, others, and Nature. Embracing the inherent mystery of this liminal space, we harness it as a catalyst for growth, tapping into our innate creativity.

In this workshop, we will combine theoretical knowledge with practical exercises to help you connect with nature, enhance your creativity, and promote a sense of harmony between your mind and body. You will learn how to use natural materials in your art and explore how the physical act of creating art can facilitate a deeper connection with your environment.

Our intention is to awaken the senses and foster a deepened connection to both our inner selves and the natural world through the transformative power of creative expression.

Whether you're an experienced artist or just starting out, this workshop will help you tap into your own innate creativity and use it to connect with the world around you in new and meaningful ways.
