Community, Psychedelic Storytelling & Fireside Jams

Curious about Psychedelics but unsure where to begin?

Or perhaps you're an experienced psychonaut seeking to connect with others on a similar path?

This evening is a chance to meet others in The Psychedelic Society community of open-minded adventurers and explorers. We understand that the psychedelic space can sometimes feel exclusive or hard to access – but we’re here to change that. We want to break down those taboos, dismantle the cliques and, instead, speak thoughtfully and honestly about our experiences and interests in a non-judgemental space where all perspectives and curiosities are welcomed.

What to expect

  • Leaving the chaos of London behind and step into this enchanted space to slow down and connect with like-minded people.
  • What’s a gathering without some warm nourishment? We’ll be serving tea and soup to keep our bodies cozy and fueled for the evening. Please remember to bring your own mug, cup, and spoon.
  • Back by popular demand, there will be the opportunity for all of us to share our psychedelic stories - the weird, the tricky and the downright wonderful. This part of the evening will be open-mic style, facilitated by host Carlotta Artuso, and we will have a sign-up sheet to add your name to the list of storytellers. Your stories should be no more than 5 minutes and there's no need to rehearse what to say or come particularly prepared - often the best stories are told off-the-cuff and from the heart!
  • We’ll finish off with an open fire jam session led by Martha, one of our coordinators and resident songstress, where everyone will have the chance to sing or play their favourite songs – please remember to bring instruments if you have any.

If you have any questions at all, feel free to drop us an email:

Venue

Join us at 6.30pm on Wednesday 30th October at a secret outdoor location close to Greenwich (details will be shared via email).

Flying solo? The majority of people arrive at our Monthly PsySocial events alone! It's a great opportunity to meet other like-minded people and members of our community. We leave plenty of time after the talks for conversations and connections.

Carlotta Artuso

Carlotta is an Event Coordinator at The Psychedelic Society, with a deep passion for nature, personal and collective growth, mystical experiences and food (Italian roots play a big role here!).

Psychedelics have profoundly transformed her life, opening her mind to new perspectives and deeper self-awareness, allowing her to break free from the 9-5 grind and to launch her own PR and Events company -  Carlotta PR.

She believes in their potential to heal and transform, and she's passionate about advocating for their safe, intentional use to inspire positive change and open new pathways of consciousness.
