We gather and sit in circle to create a brave space as we spiral inwards to explore our inner landscape using conscious connected breathwork. We allow ourselves to rest and be held through a grounding intregration to close.

Everything is invitational and you will be encouraged to use your own agency and autonomy throughout, deepening or building our connection and trust with ourselves and bodies.
