This workshop will help you tap into what it means for you to live ‘on purpose’, in a way that is both meaningful and impactful.

We'll discuss what leadership is, and what it means for each of us to bring our gifts, experiences and insights into play in the co-creation of the emergent future…

Sometimes it can be tricky to know what to do with our knowledge of the destruction, suffering and injustice in the world. Often, it is so painful we simply want to turn away from it, and comfort ourselves in one way or another… 

How do we remain in touch this pain enough to respond meaningfully to it, and not so much that we become undone by it? How is that related to the concept of soulfulness? And why does it matter anyway?

Join me to explore all this and more…

The Call

The way we are being ‘led’ is missing a vital dimension - attendance to and appreciation for core the human values of truth, beauty, freedom & love. For, if we are not being led towards that which is most sacred, most meaningful, most deep & abiding in life, then we are being led astray. 

Any leadership that perpetuates paradigms of division, domination and control, is leading us astray… 

When the sanctity of life is being violated, true leadership involves saying a firm and resounding NO to that which seeks to extract, exploit, violate, dominate or manipulate life. (Both in the world and inside ourselves.) And saying an emphatic and resounding YES to possibility, creativity, imagination, joy, beauty and the sacred. (Both in the world and inside ourselves.)

That doesn’t mean that life will always be full of those things, but choosing to live close to them means that in times of great challenge we are able to say YES to life. YES to the possibility of change, adaptation, growth and transformation; YES to the possibility of emergence, learning, and all the things we have yet to feel, see and experience. Because we have something worth living for and living in service to.

And this is really the point. Soulful leaders live in service to something beyond their own self interest. They strive to contribute as best they can to the co-creation of a more beautiful world… This means knowing who they are (gifts and shadows), what motivates them (values and wounds) and how they can make their most meaningful and impactful contribution.

About your facilitator 


I am a psycho-spiritual coach & facilitator. In my coaching work with individuals and groups, I focus on connection to and expression of soul essence, drawing on a range of wisdom and techniques to help people answer the questions, ‘Who am I? Why am I here? & Where am I going?’ in a way that is dynamic and creative. Ultimately I am interested in consciousness, and the human capacity to create and transform.

The course content was well put together, solid & substantial without being overly academic - the emphasis was on applying the frameworks to key questions & points of reflection. The 121s were very helpful to integrate and spaces where Bonny gently prodded, questioned and guided our own reflections. Bonny holds the space with curiosity and reverence but is still very grounded & real so this isn't a super-spiritualised course, its quite gritty & earthy in parts whilst at other times it soars into the sacred as Bonny sprinkles her powerful spoken word output & other poetic influences. Its a lovely mix of enquiring souls on a journey, substantial content, honesty, integrity & guidance, I found it so helpful on many, many levels and I know the rest of the cohort felt similar. She runs taster sessions but its hard to convey the full bandwidth of the course in these, its a really rich, deep offering and held safely and tenderly by Bonny.

I was curious about the Psychosynthesis but nervous about commiting to something I didn't really understand. I'm glad I went along as it was a really thought provoking and engaging taster session with a huge amount of content. Bonny unpacked the landscape of Psychosynthesis clearly and in doing so raised lots of intriguing questions. Unlike a few offerings which can be a little 'soggy' and vague at their core, this was a very grounded and well put together session that struck the balance between being serious and true to the topic and yet still engaging and interesting. Well worth a dabble if you have any interest in the topic.

I joined Bonny's Soulful Leadership taster session because for a Iong time i've wanted a place to feel held in making connection with the vastness of suffering in the world... This session confirmed to me that it's in facing & feeling the hugeness of our intersecting crisis that I will find the courage to step up & be of service. I left feeling inspired and grateful for a container that allowed this intimate kind of meeting between myself and the world.

Bonny is such a wonderfully talented and intuitive facilitator. Signing up to her 3-month course is one of the best decisions I have taken in years. It awakened so much in me and has left me with a whole set of new perspectives for looking at my life, particularly a few places I felt so stuck and confused about. Bonny has this amazing ability to tune into whatever someone is saying...not only on the surface but at some deep soul level...and draw out insights, patterns and truths lying hidden underneath.
