There's been a lot of conversation in recent years about men's health, often with a focus on testosterone, supplements, gym routines, and optimisation. But are there certain topics which might be getting less attention? What about sleep, stress, libido, immunity, cognition, food, nature, friendship, or curiosity?
Having a place to talk honestly with other men about health can provide new insights, where we can explore the topics which are important to us. This informal evening in Brighton is a chance to meet other men, share our stories, and hear other perspectives in a supportive environment.
We'll discuss the benefits of different plants and fungi, as well as looking at different ways in which you can support yourself and others around you in a holisitic manner to encompass different pathways. We'll explore some of the wisdom from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Traditional Siberian Medicine, Andean folk medicine, and more local pathways from plants and fungi native to the UK as just a few examples of where these conversations might go.
There's no route that works for everyone, but through joining together in community we can discover new information and share our wisdom with others.
