MEN’S CIRCLE
True Accountability
True accountability is ownership. It's the willingness to look honestly at your life and ask: "Where am I not doing what I know I need to do, for myself, and for the people who count on me?"
We're taught to be accountable to others, to follow through on commitments, meet expectations, show up reliably. What we're rarely taught is that this starts somewhere else first: with the promises we make to ourselves.
Skipping the morning walk. Staying up too late when you said you wouldn't. Letting a boundary blur. Avoiding the conversation you know you need to have. Every time we break a promise to ourselves, something quietly shifts, self-trust erodes, and it becomes harder to keep our word to anyone else, too.
A gap forms. Between what you say and what you do. Between who you know yourself to be and how you're actually showing up, with yourself, and with the people in your life.
That gap has a cost:
• Self-trust erodes, and so does trust in your relationships
• Old patterns repeat, the ones you said you were done with
• Conversations, decisions, and responsibilities get avoided
• Circumstances and other people become the explanation
• Resentment builds, toward yourself, and between you and others
• You feel stuck, disconnected from your own power, and from the people around you
Eventually, you stop believing your own word. And so do the people counting on it.
This circle is an invitation into honest self-inquiry, in a safe space.
We'll explore:
• The gap between what you say and what you do
• Where you're out of integrity, with yourself or with others
• The promises you keep breaking, and why
• What avoidance is actually costing you, and the people around you
• The standards you want to hold yourself to
• Where you're already showing up the way you want to
• What becomes possible, for you, and everyone in your life, when your actions align with your words and values
This isn't about perfection. It's about becoming a man who can trust himself, and whose word means something to others because of it. Someone who takes ownership of his life, not because he has to, but because he chooses to.
We'll work through meditation, embodiment, sharing, and reflection.
Come as you are. No fixing. No performing.
Just men willing to look honestly at what they're creating, avoiding, and becoming. Men practicing truth, connection, and presence.

"I have worked with Jozef for two years. He is one of the most creative people I know, and he helped me to discover new resources to help solve problems. His genius lies in understanding the process of transformation and how to make my life transition unique, personal, and powerful. Jozef is not merely a proficient coach, he seamlessly integrates the nuanced perspective of a visual artist and architect to empower holistic solutions for people.” - GK
“Jozef is a unique coach. He has that rare mix of solid wisdom and rare intuition. He did navigate me through a ‘stuck’ place towards the destination. He didn’t tell me what to think or do, but he was the perfect journey companion on the road less travelled.” - GP
