Empathic Support

If you need some empathic support through a difficult transition or situation in your life, individual sessions could really work for you. We can work through past experiences of being unaccompanied. I support you to nurture a deeper kinder relationship with yourself.

Conflict coaching

If you are facing a situation that feels beyond your capacity to deal with and respond to, I can help you feel and think your way through it. I can help you grieve where necessary, think clearly and make step by step adjustments towards a more peaceable solution.

Learning NVC

If you need tailored and private support to learn NVC, that is also possible. We can follow the same curriculum and go at your pace, with lots of opportunities for coaching and trying things out along the way, so you can really feel the new growth out of the old architecture of your patterns.

I also provide mentoring for those wishing to embed and apply NVC in your workplace and those on the CNVC Certification pathway.

Grief support

I have had my own experiences of grief that I have travelled through with accompaniment. I would be honoured to be there for you as you grieve the loss of loved ones, parts of yourself, ill health, violence and war in the world, things you never had and the loss of dreams
