🌳Come for a mini retreat based in the wonderful Burscough Community Farm in West Lancashire.

First we will experience forest bathing in a divine setting among nestled in the willow grove at.

Immersed in nature, you will receive sound healing amongst the trees and learn some supportive tools to help alleviate stress.

You will also be receiving Sekhem~ an ancient Egyptian lineage of energy healing to support you.

After we will have a cuppa and chat in a communal informal setting before heading off on a foraging walk around the farm.

Then we will do some nature crafts together before closing for the day leaving feeling full and nourished.

If it is raining we will be nice and cosy out of the rain in a secure space instead.

There is an option to just come for the sound bath also (£15/ £10 concession)

*Please bring a yoga mat (I’ll have a few spare), blanket and cushion to get super cosy as well as any snacks you’d like to share on the day (water and hot drinks will be provided)
