Conflict is inevitable. What matters is how we respond to it.

This session will enable you to:

  • Navigate tension without escalating or withdrawing
  • Remain grounded when tensions rise
  • Respond to bias with clarity and insight
  • See the complex web of needs, not just those right in front of us.

Please ensure you have completed a Foundation training before attending this session. This session is aimed at those who are interested in finding NVC related ways of intervening in your own conflicts and conflicts around you.

These intermediate sessions are part of a series organised by London trainers. As we are online, anyone can attend, no matter where you are in the world!
