Exploring pleasure

What happens when we get out of our heads, drop into our bodies and allow ourselves to play? This is an experiential workshop where we explore polarity through body, breath, voice and touch.

What happens when you let your voice take up space? When you lead through your body and breath? And when you let yourself follow? 

Let's explore the space between us when we dare to express more of ourselves, listen more deeply and become curious about the energy of connection.

We will play with polarity beyond gender, with leading and following, giving and receiving & direction and surrender. We will explore different energies and ways of meeting ourselves and each other.

There will be space for pleasure. For laughter and silliness. For intensity and softness. For expressing yourself in ways that may feel familiar, and perhaps in ways that don't

No need to perform or to get it right.

Just an invitation to get out of your mind and into your body.

All exercises are invitations, and you always choose your own level of participation. We create the space together with clear agreements around boundaries and consent.

A few things to keep in mind when visiting Noden:

• Bring something sweet or salty to share during the break.
• Please arrive with a clear understanding of the concept of consent and a willingness to practice it throughout the evening.

Cancellation policy

Spots are in high demand, so please be considerate when booking.

If something comes up, cancel at least 24 hours before the event. A late cancellation means you won’t be able to book the following event. A no-show without cancelling means a pause from the two upcoming workshops.
