About The Event
Join the Earth Echo Collective for a wellness journey beginning with a Reishi tea ceremony by Bristol Fungarium. Drift into Yoga Nidra with Chakra Toning and 360° sounds diving you into the Australian ocean with Humpback whales to Africa’s Kruger Park. Proceeds support grassroots Earth causes.
Immerse yourself in The Earth Echo Collective's cutting-edge 360° spatialized sound system, seamlessly blending advanced audio technology, natural soundscapes, and grounding rituals. Elle Kennedy from Bristol Fungarium will lead a captivating talk on the history, folklore, and health benefits of Reishi mushrooms, culminating in a ceremonial tea experience featuring their medicinal Reishi tincture.
This Spring Equinox 360° immersive soundbath honours our African Earth Cause in partnership with Love Support Unite (LSU) and the Oceania Project. It flows into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session and 360° soundbath, transporting you to breathtaking natural habitats—from Icelandic waterfalls with chakra-toning meditations to Australian oceans alive with singing humpback whales, and the iconic wilderness of Africa’s Kruger National Park.
Renowned for their adaptogenic properties, Reishi mushrooms help reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance mindfulness, enriching your soundbath experience. Elle Kennedy - Reishi Mushroom Tea ceremonies
After 14 years in the world of sales & marketing across Europe & Asia and a lifetime of interest in natural alternative and complementary medicine, Elle found herself on a mushroom farm back in her heartland of Bristol in 2020 and was tasked with putting her skills to better use; launching the Bristol Fungarium brand. When she isn't playing mushroom paparazzi, Elle spends her time studying Western Medical Herbalism with Heartwood, part of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists.
