Mugwort is mildly psychoactive. Please tick if you have read this, and will decide yourself based on your knowledge of your own health, that you will or will not consume this herb. You can connect with mugwort in different ways such as burning, drawing, putting in your bedroom at night for sleep, that are not psychoactive. I did this for many years before having mugwort tea.

I have read this and take responsibility for my own health. I understand Hawthorn Herbalism is not responsible for my decision to consume herb internally if it is not appropriate for me.
