Sound Bath at Jolly Nice

Tuesday 21st April  6-7pm, £18
In the Yurt, Jolly Nice, Frampton Mansell, Stroud, GL6 8HZ

A 60 minute session to relax, reset and take time for yourself.

We will start with some gentle breathwork and meditation before settling into a long rest, accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls, the voice and other wonderful sound healing instruments.

To leave feeling rested, refreshed and calm.

All welcome, no experience necessary. 

I also offer ‘Flow and Sound’ at Jolly Nice too, which is a nourishing combination of movement into rest. You can see dates for this and book here (upcoming 14th April at 9:30am, 18th May at 6pm).

Please note, as this venue is an outdoor yurt, we may hear some outside noises of the cafe nearby. A bit more about me:

Bethan, a yoga teacher, sound practitioner and drum circle facilitator, holds spaces in and around the Cotswolds to ground and gather. She brings people together with creative and dynamic flows, whilst having fun and building connection to ourselves and those around us. Her offerings expand to sound healing and drumming as she believes sound has an unbelievable power to bring us into presence, release stress and find connection or clarity.

Taking deeper inspiration around the lunar cycles and the seasons, Bethan believes that nature and the world has so much to show us, hence why off the mat you’ll usually find her in the water or way out in the countryside!
