Whether you’re processing a recent experience or simply curious, the circle offers grounded support, thoughtful conversation, and a sense of connection with others.
Are you looking for a supportive space to land and make sense of a psychedelic experience? Maybe something is still unfolding, or you’re left with questions, insights, or feelings you’d like to explore.
This is a small, welcoming circle rooted in the Hastings community. A space to come together, share if you want to, listen if you’d rather not, and be met with warmth, respect, and understanding.
You don’t need to have the right words or a clear story. Just come as you are.
The circle is gently held by experienced facilitators, with a focus on integration, safety, and thoughtful support. There is space for reflection, connection, and being alongside others who get it.
What to expect
Our circle is a confidential, non judgemental space for anyone who has experience with psychedelics, or is considering working with them.
You might be carrying a challenging experience that you’d like to make sense of, or something meaningful you’d like to share and explore more deeply.
There is no pressure to speak. You are welcome to share, or simply listen. The space is held with respect, openness, and a shared understanding that everyone’s experience is their own.
Please arrive 10 minutes early.
We begin on time and won’t be able to let people in once we’ve started, as this helps create a safe, contained space for everyone. When you arrive, please help yourself to a cup of tea and take a moment to settle in.
What we offer
Hastings Psychedelics is a community led circle rooted in connection and shared exploration. It is held by psychedelic informed practitioners and community members who care about creating a welcoming, grounded space to talk honestly about psychedelic experiences and what they mean in everyday life.
We bring together lived experience, professional insight, and a genuine curiosity about how these journeys shape us. Rather than focusing on titles, we focus on people. This is a space where stories matter, questions are welcome, and growth is approached with care.
At the heart of Hastings Psychedelics is our monthly integration circle. It offers a safe and supportive place to share your experiences, explore their meaning, and learn more about psychedelics in a thoughtful and responsible way. Whether you are a seasoned psychonaut, integrating something profound, navigating a challenging experience, or simply feeling curious, we offer knowledge, support, education, and friendship.
This is a reflective, discussion based space. The use of psychedelics or other psychoactive substances is not permitted during the circle. In line with the law, we do not encourage substance use, provide illicit substances, or offer referrals to illegal psychedelic services.
Meet the Hastings Psychedelics team

Claire is a Psychedelic Practitioner and Integration Coach who supports people through times of change and into a deeper connection with themselves.
With 13 years in local community leadership in the not for profit sector, alongside her own transformative experiences, she became increasingly curious about what truly supports healing, connection, and wellbeing.
Originally trained as an RGN, Claire later trained as a Psychedelic Practitioner with Synthesis Institute and Alef Trust, and continues her studies with Grof Legacy Training.
In 2024, she co founded Hastings’ first psychedelic integration circle and is passionate about integration, transpersonal development, harm reduction, and community.
She also co hosted Hastings’ first Psychedelic Conference in March 2026, creating a space to open up conversation, explore what research and history are showing so far, and invite a wider community dialogue about how psychedelics might support wellbeing, connection, and creative growth.
She is currently building a woodland retreat with her partner David, creating a nature based space for connection, reflection, and healing. Website
