Repair Café is a global movement to reduce waste and build skills and community.

During this two-hour event, community members can help you with your items that need fixing. If you have a small appliance or piece of clothing or something else that needs fixing, please bring it in and have it repaired - for free :)

Please read our Frequently Asked Questions for info on what we can (and can't) fix, what to bring, and how the Repair Café works on the day.

Thanks to our awesome team of volunteer "fixers", more than half of all the broken items that are brought in get repaired! Some of the items that have been repaired in the past are: lamps, toaster ovens, curling irons, clocks, jeans, purses, coats, chairs, radios, microwaves, bikes, toys, and so much more!

RSVP for free and let us know what broken items you're bringing - this will help our fixers know what tools and parts to bring. After you complete your booking, you will have an opportunity to complete a waiver online. This will save you time at the event itself.

Interested in being a “fixer”? See here for more details of what that involves and to complete a short volunteer application form.
