Temple of Touch

What happens when touch is not about achieving something, pleasing someone or getting it right, but simply about listening?

Temple of Touch is an embodied exploration of presence, connection and the art of giving and receiving touch.

We begin by arriving in the body through breath, movement and grounding. From there, we explore consent, boundaries and the subtle language of yes, no and maybe – creating a foundation where you can listen more closely to yourself and meet others with greater presence.

Through guided exercises, you will be invited to slow down, notice what you actually want and explore different ways of giving and receiving touch. There will be space for curiosity, playfulness, tenderness and connection, without needing to perform or make anything happen.

You might discover what it feels like to ask clearly for the touch you want. To receive without having to give back. To notice a boundary before you need to explain it. Or simply to experience another human being with your full attention.

Everything is an invitation. You choose how and with whom you participate, and you can change your mind at any time. No previous experience of tantra is needed. Come as you are, in comfortable clothes, with curiosity and a willingness to listen – to your own body and to the people you meet.

Katarina Nilsson is a certified tantra therapist, coach and facilitator, and the founder of Heartment. Her work explores embodied self-contact, relationships, intimacy and life force, with safety and presence as the foundation.

• Please arrive with a clear understanding of the concept of consent and a willingness to practice it throughout the evening.

Cancellation policy

Spots are in high demand, so please be considerate when booking.

If something comes up, cancel at least 24 hours before the event. A late cancellation means you won’t be able to book the following event. A no-show without cancelling means a pause from the two upcoming workshops.
