What do you have to offer the world? And what are you waiting for?

We often live as though there will always be more time. Time to express ourselves. To make a connection. To share our gifts. To do the thing we keep putting off.

But life unfolds on its own terms. We don’t all get the same opportunities, and none of us knows when our number is up.

The Game of Life invites you into a shared ritual exploring the vulnerability, uncertainty and beauty of being alive. Through guided meditation, silent encounters and spontaneous play, we’ll meet each other beyond our everyday stories and explore how we choose to participate in the time we have.

There will be space for joy and connection, for waiting and longing, for endings and the possibility of beginning again. What happens when we loosen our grip on control? What becomes clearer when we recognise that our moment here is temporary?

This ritual is inspired by Guy’s experience of surviving a sudden cardiac arrest in 2022, and the questions that experience brought into focus.

You don’t need a special talent or anything prepared. Your presence, curiosity and willingness to explore are enough. All participation is optional, and you’re welcome to move at your own pace or witness.

A few things to keep in mind when visiting Noden:

• Bring something sweet or salty to share during the break.
• Please arrive with a clear understanding of the concept of consent and a willingness to practice it throughout the evening.

Cancellation policy

Spots are in high demand, so please be considerate when booking.

If something comes up, cancel at least 24 hours before the event. A late cancellation means you won’t be able to book the following event. A no-show without cancelling means a pause from the two upcoming workshops.
