MEN’S CIRCLE
Killing The Dragon
What is the dragon standing between you and the life you want to live?
Every man eventually encounters something he cannot simply think his way around.
A fear.
A difficult decision.
A conversation.
A relationship.
A loss.
A pattern he knows is no longer serving him.
A truth he doesn't want to face.
Something that stands at the edge of his comfort zone and says:
"If you want to go further, you're going to have to come through me."
In stories across cultures, the dragon often represents the greatest obstacle on the hero's journey.
It guards the cave.
It blocks the path.
It protects something precious.
And the hero eventually has to face it.
What if the thing you're most afraid to confront is also guarding something you deeply need?
This men's circle is an invitation to enter the cave.
To become curious about the things that have been keeping you from moving forward.
We'll explore:
- What your personal "dragon" represents
- The fears and patterns that stand between you and what matters
- What your dragon is protecting
- Where the cave is
- The difference between fighting fear and entering it
- Courage as action in the presence of uncertainty
- What becomes possible when we face rather than avoid
- The "treasure" that may be waiting on the other side of the fear
- And a creative journey into the cave
Through embodiment, reflection, sharing and a simple ritual, we'll explore what it means to move from knowing to doing.
Because courage isn't the absence of fear.
Courage is:
"Fear is here. And I am here too."
This circle is for you if you perhaps simply feel that something in your life is calling you to be braver.
This is a confidential, supportive space for men to show up honestly, without needing to perform strength or have everything figured out.
Come as you are.
Bring your fear.
Bring your uncertainty.
And bring your dragon.
We'll enter the cave together.
An evening of embodiment, reflection, creativity, honest conversation, presence and connection.

Testimonials
"The Men's Circle on People Pleasing was so helpful for me, especially the embodied practices we did during the session. I've already booked to attend Jozef's next Men's Circle (on the topic of "Healthy Boundaries"), and I would highly recommend his sessions."

“Huge thanks to Jozef (amazing facilitator!) and all the lovely chaps willing to share this space. Refreshing and inspiring to see so many fellow guys attempting to deal with life’s challenges with wisdom and compassion, and awareness. Super respectful group. Definitely want to come back for the next topic. ”

- Rupert
"I really appreciated Jozef's facilitation of the circle, creating a space where men felt safe to share vulnerably. I'm so glad I went, and I left feeling more empowered with new tools that I can put into practice in my everyday life."

"A very comfortable setting to discuss emotions with men. Very peculiar too, I must add, for those of us who are not used to talking about these things among men with no women around, but peculiar in the best possible way. Looking forward to the next one!"

“Jozef's warm and openhearted coaching approach opened up the space for the deep discovery and explorations within myself that ultimately lead to my self-acceptance, self-love and actions to move forward with my life.”
- Daniela
"I have worked with Jozef for two years. He is one of the most creative people I know, and he helped me to discover new resources to help solve my problems. He is understanding the process of transformation and how to make my life transition unique, personal, and powerful. He seamlessly integrates the nuanced perspective of a visual artist and architect to empower holistic solutions for people.”
- GK
“Jozef is a unique coach. He has that rare mix of solid wisdom and rare intuition. He did navigate me through a ‘stuck’ place towards the destination. He didn’t tell me what to think or do, but he was the perfect journey companion on the road less travelled.”
