EQUIPOISE: Horse Constellations Foundations Workshop

A 3-day equine-led intensive for experienced founders, practitioners and space-holders who want to work at depth with the Field - with horses as mirrors.

This workshop is for men and women who are already carrying a lot: businesses, boards, clients, families, wealth, responsibility.

If you’re here, you don’t need another modality to collect, certificate for the wall, or tradition to be initiated into. You need a place where your own system can be seen with the same precision and depth you offer everyone else - a place where you can meet the horses and this work of regenerative change, in a clean, grounded, experiential way.

EQUIPOISE is:

• A stand-alone, equine-led systemic immersion for leaders, coaches, therapists and founders who want to deepen their own practice,
• And the foundations workshop for those considering the longer Horse Constellations Apprenticeship with me (although this is not a pre-requisite).

Who this is for

The heights of being an established coach, facilitator, creative or conscious founder can be deeply rewarding - financially and impactfully - but it also asks a lot of you:

• A continually increasing commitment to your own development, so your path unfolds more clearly and cleanly as you go.
• A constant demand on your time, space and energy; remaining clear for yourself, your clients, your partners and your teams.
• A growing requirement to be present, calm and precise in rooms where everyone is looking to you to hold the tone and the line.

By now, you’ve likely worked with a variety of modalities and mentors. You’re not looking for fixes, hacks or a new identity…

You’re looking for a truer mirror:

• One that gives you live, embodied feedback with no flattery and no performance.

Why horses, why now?

In a sea of offers, it can be hard to know where your next real edge is.

• Where do you go when you have already “done the work” and still feel your body, marriage or work asking for something more precise?
• Where do you go when talking about the pattern isn’t actually shifting the pattern?
• Where do you go when you can feel a new chapter approaching and want to meet it with your whole system, not just your mind, or with a strategy?

Horses are exquisitely sensitive to nervous systems, boundaries, unspoken loyalties and the gap between what we say and what we actually carry.

Working systemically with whatever is arising in your lived experience - personal and professional - the herd helps bring to light:

As we re-systematise the origins of the stories you hold, you are guided back to:

• The ability to meet peers as leaders in their own right, rather than carrying them

This is three days of immersion in the Field with the horses; in your body, on the land, in present self-leadership.
