You are warmly invited to gift yourself a night of deep rest, resonance and reconnection as we gather on the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year.
Immerse yourself in a 10-hour overnight Sound Journey, woven through ancestral and intuitive singing, angelic and mermaid vocals, light language and an expansive tapestry of musical instruments, gongs and sacred sound.
Hosted by Yolanda Thalia, Joey Esposito and Mark McDonagh, Dreamscape is our longest Sound Journey yet and our first collaboration with Mark.
This special overnight experience combines a ceremonial Blue Lotus and Mugwort tea ritual, guided meditation, an extended gong and sound bath, and a nourishing breakfast to welcome the morning.
Unlike our deeper, more immersive Sound Journeys, Dreamscape will be intentionally gentle, soothing and relaxing, creating an atmosphere that encourages the body and mind to soften, unwind and surrender into deep rest and sleep.
An opportunity to step away from the outside world, journey inward and embrace the stillness of winter, surrounded by beautiful sounds and a nurturing, supportive space.
As darkness gradually gives way to light, we will gently awaken, share breakfast and welcome the return of the light together.
What to Expect
Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by Yolanda, with the option of energetic cleansing through a smoke ritual using dried herbs such as Sage or Mugwort.
Before settling into the journey, you may also choose to receive a gentle anointing with a sacred blend of Frankincense, Rose and Myrrh essential oils, inviting relaxation and a deeper connection with the present moment.
πΏπ΅ Blue Lotus & Mugwort Tea Ceremony
Led by Mark, we'll begin with a ceremonial tea experience featuring these traditional plant allies, creating space to slow down, become present and gently transition into the evening.
The Sound Journey
An extended, immersive soundscape featuring an expansive blend of:
Gong β’ Crystal singing bowls β’ Tibetan bowls β’ Koshi chimes β’ Ocean drum β’ Rainstick β’ Chakapa β’ Steel tongue drum β’ Kalimba β’ Ocarina β’ Percussive instruments β’ Ancestral and intuitive singing β’ Angelic vocals β’ Mermaid singing β’ Light language
Instruments, soundscapes and Yolanda's singing
will weave together throughout the night, creating a gentle, evolving tapestry of frequencies, textures and vibrations.
There will also be an element of energy clearing woven into the experience.
The sound journey will be intentionally softer and more soothing than our usual deep sound journeys, allowing plenty of space for stillness, relaxation and sleep.
Optional Before the Journey
- Draw oracle cards from the altar.
- Relax, socialise and settle into the space.
Comfort & Rest
Your comfort is important to us, and we want you to feel completely at ease throughout the night.
Futons, cushions, blankets and eye masks will be provided, allowing you to create your own cosy resting space.
You're also very welcome to bring your own duvet, pillow or additional cosy items to make yourself comfortable.
There will be space to lie down, relax and sleep as the sound journey gently unfolds around you. You don't need to stay awake or actively participate throughout the night. Simply allow yourself to rest and receive in whatever way feels right for you.
π Morning Nourishment
As our overnight journey comes to a close, we'll gently welcome the morning together with a nourishing breakfast, prepared by Joey.
A choice of overnight oats and fresh fruit or something warming, accompanied by tea, will be served as we gradually return to the day.
A gentle opportunity to reconnect, share reflections and welcome the returning light.
